Excelent Choice for my work |
| I buy 500 of this DVD's and i very happy with this, i hope that amazon sell more of this because i loved, the impression in the disk are excellent and the write too, from the first 100 DVD i have 3 bad disks, great percent of bad disks. AMAZON i wan't more of this!!! |

Works good, but not at first! |
My first try at burning to these disks returned an 'illegal disk' error using Nero and NEC DVD_RW ND-1300A drive. Nero showed the drive speed as either 1x or 2x. I upgraded my firmware on the DVD drive from 1.05 to 1.08 and tried again. The disk worked just fine and Nero now shows a speed of 2x and 4x. Sweet!

poor quality DVD discs |
It took a while for me to figure out that these are poor quality DVD discs. That's why I cameback after couple of months to review this item.
Initially I was very happy with this product. Out of 30 dvds I burnt, none of them had an error. When I put it in DVD player, they play fine. But the problem is, the recording side of the disc is very very sensitive. It gets scratched very easily. Even if it is a minor scratch, dvd player is unable to recover the data. I used few other brands in the past, none of them had this problem. These kind of things are hard to judge, that's why it took 2 months for me to figure out the problem.
If you don't believe this, buy a small pack and try, don't waste money on 100 pack.
